Perform Better has the best products I need for my business. However, ordering online is stressful. The shopping cart and the checkout process takes forever. Pages load very slowly as if there is too much graphics on each page or something. Seems like a minor thing... but it's frustrating and should be fixed.

You said I get free shipping yet i payed 19$ something. That's not free

Website took a LONG time to load each page. Also, I expected "Free Shipping" since I ordered over $50, but it didn't apply to my items. That was not clear at the time I was selecting - wasn't until final step that it was clear it wasn't going to be applied.

Offered free shipping for orders over $50, which, mine was around $75. It said, "on certain products", but which products? Also, I had to leave the site and when I returned it said the session had expired and I had to sign in again, but it didn't show me what I had already ordered, it appeared as if I hadn't placed an order at all. I had to leave my desk 3 times and this continued 3 more times. So I placed my order but when checking out, at that point, it showed what I had already ordered. A hassle.

Dear Perform Better, My personal trainer suggested I shop on your site and I was able to find products very easily without knowing the exact product names. That was great! When I got to checkout, however, the site started lagging VERY much. It was so slow that I had enough time to find the same products on Rogue Fitness and prepare a shopping cart in case your shopping cart crapped out. One more thing, the sale banner at the top of the page displayed FREE SHIPPING, but it wasn't clear if my order qualified and I was hoping it would. My experience was so-so and, even though I placed my order, I'm doubting if I should have and wondering if going with Rogue Fitness would have been a better option. Thanks for listening!

Great company to deal with, web site is slow and on Sunday kept locking up as I tried to place my order.

Did not load easily. Unable to go from page to page easily Not a major hassle, just a glitch

Navigating & Processing on site seem to be slow. Ordering took much longer than I expected.
