UPS damaged my 30 pd body bar by literally dropping it @ my front door, huge noise I heard! I opened the packing cylinder and the item was damaged. I called customer service and they immediately shipped a new one out to me and I received it the next day undamaged! I only had to forward her some photos so she could then claim it through UPS. I order from this company all the time, this is the first time I had a problem with a damaged item but it was taken care of right away, even though it was their fault! Very impressive customer service!!!!!!!!

Not only do they provide independent trainers and facilities with top-notch tools, but they host various continuing education seminars throughout the year with great presenters. Their website is also very user friendly and PB understands the importance of social media - which is integrated seamlessly on their site. I plan on continuing to do business with Perform Better for quite some time as I grow as a trainer and as I build my small business.
