One of the items I ordered was immediately put on back-order when I received the initial invoice and she was able to cancel that item for me immediately. However, you should indicate if items are on backorder before a customer selects the item and places an order for it.

My order (2 pairs of dumbbells) came super fast, ordered Friday and arrived Sunday, standard shipping. And they are exactly as they should be. Good quality, perfect condition.
