I placed an order for a couple items because of an email that said free shipping once I place my order I found out I'm not getting free shipping on one of the items they said it was too heavy a small single leg squat bench if I had known I was not going to get free shipping on the bench I would've waited to buy it.

I needed to re-enter the shipping address at least 4 times and it changed again. Finally got it correct.

Website is extremely slow. Tried to call in order for the big Thanksgiving sale because the website was even slower than usual, but the salesperson was unaware of the sale (it had a big email marketing blitz behind it) and wanted me to trust him to enter it at full price and check it out later. He was also clueless about the products.

I just ordered a couple of items that were on the free shipping list and I did not get free shipping. What is up with that?

It is helpful if shipping information and choices proceed the address fields. And start using USPS, you can track the packages now, they pick up and you can print labels in-house. Thanks

Would love better pricing or less shipping costs on the high-volume, low-priced order items (i.e. mini-bands, etc.). Would order even more frequently if this was adjusted.
