I found an $8 coupon on all Perform Better foam rollers, good through today's date, online with RetailMeNot.com stating that I did not need a coupon code. All I needed to do was go directly through their website and it would show up as a deduction when I checked out. I did as instructed but only received the 10% off storewide which only took $2 off. :-(

The 10% discount did not apply towards bigger purchases such as the y-ballance kit or the Secrets DVD's

Good website, product selection is average, prices are good, shipping is expensive and website very slow.

I love your products and the knowledge you impart. However, when I place an order, invariably, it takes way too long to get here. Half the time something is backordered and you do not send emails letting me know that. It is very frustrating.

I go to Perform Better for certain things because I really don't expect to find much new. Also, the website is SOOOOOOO SLOW. The graphics take too long to load that I almost didn't finish shopping because of how long it took to get from screen to screen.

i think you should base shipping estimates on what is being ordered. all i was ordering right now were some exercise bands ... super light weight and $10 shipping for that is kinda' high. if i wasn't trying to replace some borrowed ones that snapped with the same exact item/brand i would've probably bought elsewhere so as not to pay that shipping price. also, there is a place in the confirmation for an order number but one doesn't actually show up in the email. good thing i hadn't closed the page yet and was able to get the number that way.

Hey great company! I've been ordering from yall since 2012 and haven't received many promotional codes. Those would definitely be appreciated! Thank you.

Happy Holidays first and foremost! I purchased three items valued over $49.00 and was still charged a shipping fee, $20 to be exact! I'm confused because your site said there was free shipping on orders over $49.00. Please respond at your earliest convience!!
