I emailed customer service, but did not get a reply, so ended up calling to get my answer. The product I was buying did not specify whether it was sold as a single or a pair. The description focused more on the high-end buyer how would buy in mass quantities. The descriptions need to be clearer.

The ordering process was seamless, I love the product that I am purchasing, but why must you charge me $10 for shipping? Thats 50% of the total cost of the product!! Thats alot!!!

Well, when I was trying to order and log in I forgot my password. So I clicked, "forgot password" followed the prompts but never got it sent in the mail. Your website said that my password was sent but I never got it. I also don't see my orders in my transaction history as an affiliate of Perform Better so I sent an e-mail to the affiliate department about that. Waiting to hear and get information on my orders through my website as an affiliate that are not showing up in my affiliate records.

I believe that there should be more information provided regarding the books and videos that you distribute with comments regarding those products and a scale to rate those products like using 5 start; would be of benefit. I believe that this process would benefit the physical equipment as well. How does Perform Better Choose the equipment they sell? If i developed a product what process am to follow to distribute it with Perform Better? Thank you.

So I looked into when my order was going to be delivered and it never completed because I didn't click the button on the very bottom after I put my credit card info in. You really should put a giant arrow pointing to the box to check. This order was suppose to be placed on the 20th and now w have No mats. Clients are a tad upset. Thanks

I selected Visa for a Master Card, however, I did not receive an error message. I clicked next and it didn't do anything. I had to figure out the problem on my own.
