I love perform better and I am disappointed because this is the second time that I purchased something online and was not given the item/workshop at the price it was advertised at. The first time happened with the Perform Better Summit, where I was charged the "at the door" price even though I had purchased it a few weeks in advance. The second time was using a 10% off discount code 'CFSC10' from being a member of the CFSC community and not having 10% taken off from the purchase. I haven't reached out for customer support because I didn't want to cause a hassle (or maybe I am unaware of specific requirements for a discount code to be used?), but I am starting to become aware of how many times I've been charged more than the price that had been advertised.
