good site but no free shipping for a $400 + order,

I placed an order from Perform Better in February 2015, but I was not recognized online as a repeat customer, and I had to sign in from scratch as a new customer, even though I receive emails regularly from the company (at the same email address that was not recognized today), including yesterday's, which advised me of a 20% off sale and provided the subscriber promotion code. I also have an online receipt for my previous order. This unnecessary sign-up was annoying and time-consuming.

I was trying to buy my brother a gift card. He has a different name and address than me. Your website kept changing the billing address to whatever i put in the shipping address blank, including name and address. disappointing and difficult.

I am concerned because I want the Kevlar 20# medicine ball but every time I added it to my cart it would show as the 25# and not the 20#. I then tried adding the 18# and IT showed as the 20# in my cart. However, after the purchase was completed it showed on the site that I had ordered the 18# and then the receipt I was sent via email said I ordered the 20#. I am very confused and hope that I receive what I actually wanted to order. I don't want to be charged for shipping on something I didn't want in the first place. Thank you!

I would first like to say great products ,but the process of finding and buying is not user friendly the only Sugestion on how to fix is look at Amazon website the ease of buying products is almost to easy .I tend to buy a lot of products because of it.

pop up says get a "10cart" 10% discount if you apply in the promotion code. But when you do that it takes 10% off the one free item from the buy 2 get 1 free. BS

I placed an order & before I registered it said free shipping would be applied when the order was placed-after I registered it disappeared from the checkout. Then I went to see their coupons and the coupon said 15% off and it was supposedly good through May. Nope - when I put in the code it said it was an error-and wouldn't accept it,even from the site that said Perform Better & it had a link to the website... It's just a little irritating. I will say the website is easy to navigate and the checkout went easily.
