I spoke with a customer service representative before placing my order. She was helpful, friendly, knowable and honest. I bought a Bosu Ball and mini exercise bands. I opted not to purchase PerfromBetter's Pilates Ring and instead purchased the"Pilates Magic Circle", specifically recommended by a fitness trainer, from another company.
