Was offered free shipping through the TPI web site. Entered the code, Was still charged $10.00 for shipping. Not good!
Response from Perform BetterOct 7, 2015
Hi Jeanne, the TPI Free Shipping offer is for orders over $50. Your order did not qualify however i've adjusted your shipping card to $8.95 rather than $10. Please feel free to contact me with any questions or concerns. Jessica [email protected]

When I viewed my cart, it said shipping would be free and would be discounted at checkout. When I went to check out it was $62.

During our End of Summer Sale, free shipping is only available on certain items. The items that qualify will be noted. On your order the Jam Balls and PB Disc Pillow unfortunately are not part of the free shipping offer at this time. We apologize for any confusion. Please let us know if you have any further questions or comments.

The efficiency in which I tried to remove shopping cart items is subpar at best. Also, the pop up screen of other sale items after EACH shopping cart addition was obnoxious. Great equipment, average website.

Unfortunately discounts on our website cannot be combined. If the code did not work it must mean you were getting items on our End of Summer Sale which you are getting for a GREAT price! You're order is shipping today, enjoy!
