The product choices were sufficiently clear, but the shipping charges vis a vis the current promotion did not calculate correctly. This resulted in my decreasing the size of my order as I was not receiving the volume threshold initiated shipping cost waiver.

Received email with offer of discounts plus free shipping on orders over $49.00. Spent $143 only be charged for shipping anyway.
Response from Perform BetterNov 23, 2015
Hi Mark, unfortunately there are some exclusions on the Free Shipping offer. Jam Balls and Dynamax are unfortunately part of those exclusions as stated in the details of the promotion. We apologize for any confusion. Your order will ship out today for you and should arrive in about 2-3 business days.

The speed is very slow when adding items to the shopping cart.

Ok, I get that I'm in Hawaii, but per UPS' website, UPS Ground is to ALL 50 states, not just the contiguous 48.
Response from Perform BetterNov 13, 2015
Hi Philip - we do apologize for any confusion or inconvenience this may have caused. However, our Kettlebells are part of the excluded items on any of our Free Shipping offers. Also, Free Shipping is for UPS Ground, contiguous US only.

My physical therapist gave me your site in order for me to purchase a floor mat so I could more easily do my home exercises. He told me to buy a thick one (@$100.00). It was difficult for me to get to the page that listed these. I was persistent, but it took me quite a while to get to the right page.

The site design is very, very dated, but that's not such a big deal. On the other hand, it is easily the slowest site I use, including many that run all sorts of pop ups, etc. Please speed up the site.
Response from Perform BetterOct 23, 2015
Hi Mark - thank you for the feedback! We are constantly trying to improve our site functionality to better serve our customers. We will take this into consideration and work to improve our site speed.

Frustrating....I assume and hope that I have only placed ONE order, since I had to fill in financial /shipping address several times.
Response from Perform BetterOct 19, 2015
Hi Thirell, we're sorry to hear you were frustrated during the check-out process on our website. Your order was in fact only entered once and will ship today for you. You should receive it within 1-2 business days. Please let us know if you have any other questions or concerns.

Very easy to navigate. took less than 5 minutes to order. Got confirmation a few seconds later. However, within 3 minutes of confirmation got junk mail with promotion. I gave no authorization to be on a mailing list. would have been five stars but annoying junk mail makes it 3*.
