Very easy to order products

I think you have great products but there are two areas I think you need to review: your shipping charge policy and lack of discounts to repeat customers. When I purchase small things like mini bands that weigh almost nothing the lowest freight charge I get is $7.95 for a mailed padded envelope. On a $16 item it's ridiculous. And I almost never get a discount coupon even though I have purchased thousands of dollars of equipment for my gym over the past year and a half. There have been times when I have purchased from other companies that have a slightly higher price because their freight is free or they have given me a discount so my overall cost is lower. You are losing sales!

I feel like the website was a little awkward to navigate. It was hard to tell what I needed to click on to select what I wanted for my purchase. It just feels a little outdated and clunky. I liked and used the chat feature for some questions at check out. I ended up having a little bit of a problem with something that I ordered being defective making the equipment unsafe. I knew this was out of the ordinary. I used email to resolve my concern. Customer service was quick, nice and so amazing. There were no shipping or extra costs on the item that needed to be replaced.They sent a replacement very quickly. My customer service experience was definitely 5 star. I rated 4 due to the website issues and needing replacement equipment.
