It's really difficult to navigate this website but I was finally able to select what I wanted, and they had a very nice sale going on. I generally find their s&h charges to be on the high side so try to wait for a "free shipping" offer.

Refreshing one cart item at a time is a bit tedious, otherwise online purchase experience was acceptable.

I shop with Perform Better because I value their products and their prices are competitive, but when I placed a large order to equip my new facility they made no indication that my items would be delivered curb side. I have no staff and my studio is on the second floor. I had to unload everything myself without notice. I can appreciate why some items need to be shipped via freight, but I can't appreciate why I wasn't notified of curb-side delivery before getting a call day-of from the driver.

Headline on home page was Save up to 40% plus FREE SHIPPING. I ordered 3 items. None were even 1% off, and the fine print on the free shipping revealed that the offer didn't include the dumbbells. I didn't discover these things till I went to check out. Bought it anyway, but I don't like gotcha's in the fine print.

Items meet minimum dollar amount but I was still charged freight. Could figure out how to adjust so I finally relented and just ordered the items. Yes I paid the freight. :(

i don't love the customer support response, i had mats back ordered for almost a month, they took way to long to respond back and only discounted 10% for the inconvenience. they advertise free shipping and still charge, that's weird. i almost deleted my order all together. i kind of dread ordering and using this company but they do have a big selection, if i found another company i would try them, no loyalty to this company.

The only issue I had was that the webpage said 40% discount and free shipping on orders over $49. I could not get the 40% so I called the 888 number and was told that I had to look on the left side of the screen and pull up the ITEMS THAT WERE INCLUDED, however there was nothing that said that the sale was for certain items only.
