Had a lot of problems getting the "click" on the "continue" button to respond. Back button didn't work at all, had to use back arrow at top of screen.

my shipping and billing address are not the same but your online form does not allow that. really irritating!

The website has everything we needed for our office, but it glitched many times, and I had to make sure the billing and shipping addresses updated properly several times. Very slow. Also every time I input a different quantity value it took a long time to refresh the page. May want to consider LESS CLICKS. Thanks

I thought that the Home Nickname was unnecessary.

I thought that the price of the item was excessive. But it was recommended by a doctor to help with shoulder and neck pain.

Good products, many overpriced, but also some average prices, and a few "steals". Like the variety of up to date exercise equipment. Had difficulty moving wishlist items into cart.

I just ordered the product and I can't really give you my rating since I have not received it yet.

The online shopping interface was slow and often didn't acknowledge the items I put in the basket. Then once I had the basket filled, it lost my order within 5 minutes and I had to start the process over. I was also unhappy that there was a "free shipping over $49" offer, but it didn't remove the shipping (must be a "between the lines" offer). And they advertise a 10% off for NASM trainers, yet it only took off 5%.
