HI Julie, thank you for the feedback! We just wanted to clarify and let you know that if your order was Mini Bands alone we would have done just that, shipped them in a flat rate box to save on shipping costs. Since you are across the country (we are located out of Rhode Island) the shipping charge you received was accurate. We are happy to credit your card back some for the shipping for the inconvenience.
