Your products on good, and reasonably price. However, your shipping and promotional codes are limited. Why, my order was simple, yet shipping was $23- dollars. In the US, makes absolutely no sense! This will sacrifice future purchases, for sure!

Hello Victor! I apologize on the mishap. I actually just looked at your order and noticed that USPS Flat Rate Envelope was listed as the shipping method instead of the UPS Ground (Free Shipping option). I will update that on your order and remove the shipping charge. Please let me know of any questions. Thanks, Nick Stebenne Website Management 1.800.56.7464 x 140 [email protected]

Customer service is always awesome. This order I either didn’t hit send or there was a glitch. Regardless, the intent was to purchase several hundred dollars of product during a sale period. The order didn’t go through but I emailed and they honored the sale prices. Excellent customer service.
