Expensive shipping for a large order of a small product.

shipping is expensive! But great to shop with you, and that you have my product need in stock.

Items purchased did not appear during the ordering process. It was only after confirmation that I was able to see what I had purchased.

Shipping was as much as the product. Granted I purchased something small. However, I did go to make a purchase from y up guys before. Then I looked on Amazon. I found the same product for about 1/2 the price. You may want to consider lowering your prices to be competitive.

Very helpful and easy to use. Received a good recommendation based on my requirements and it wasn’t the most expensive item on the website.

I wasn’t able to use the special code for 20 percent off on my order.

Website was easy to navigate and check out was easy too.
