Hi William, Thank you for your feedback, and I can certainly look into this for you. While we do hold free shipping promotions occasionally, our website is currently offering our Spend More, Save More sale, where you can save 10%, 15%, or 20% based on the total of the order. Taking a look at your order, you did take advantage of this sale, and received 10% off your order. I'm not too sure where you had seen the advertisement for free shipping, but unfortunately it is not a current promotion - I apologize for the confusion. Hi Chris! I do apologize for the confusion. Last thing we want to do is mislead our customers. Ideally we would love to include kettlebells in the free shipping offer, but due to the weight, we are unable to do that. I'll look into this further and see what I can co to correct the information on the website. With regards to your shipping cost, the online checkout takes a percentage of the order total in calculating the charge. For the most part, this benefits the customer, but in this case it does not. It may be best to call our Perform Better specialists for larger orders like this so they can figure out the most economical way to get the order to you. That being said, I just received a shipping quote from UPS Freight that is far cheaper than what was charged to you. I will email you the information and get that amount credited. Since you did receive a 30%-40% discount off of the items, the 10% discount code would not apply on top of that sale, as you experienced.
