I have known about your products for a long time, since I work out rigorously and for six days a week. Our gym uses your products, and they are excellent. I purchased the therabands for at-home use. You can adjust the resistance/tension and exercise different body parts. You can use the bands for upper and lower body resistance exercises and for toning, conditioning, strength training, or rehabilitating major muscle groups. And they are portable for traveling. I highly recommend this product.
