Shopping Experience Great selection of products though limited in quantity selection. Why go from one to 10-pack in order to get a small discount? Also, the shipping options are pretty pricey compared to other online shipping costs.

Hi Robin, Thanks for reaching out. I do apologize on the lack of communication. You should have received an email from us on April 7th regarding the status of your order. We typically don't charge for items until they ship but because you paid via PayPal, they withdraw the funds immediately. During this time, it's been a bit challenging with controlling stock availability. We also have limited our warehouse staff to allow for proper social distancing and our sales and customer service teams are working diligently from home to keep up with all the requests for home gym equipment. Thanks again for ordering with us and if you have any questions or concerns, please let me know. Thanks, Tia Wilkinson MF Athletic/Perform Better Customer Service Rep 800-556-7464 ext 161

The site doesn’t find or organize very well. Not easy to make changes after order placed. Not always easy to see good descriptive info of each item. Overall, decent site tgough.

I appreciate you going above and beyond at this time in our history. I do think shipping is steep being there is no guarantee. I think you should consider lowering your prices during this time or offering a new kind of guarantee.
