We have orded a lot over the years from Perform Better. But we are extremely dissapointed that shipping for two crosscore 180 suspension trainers (5 lbs each) cost just shy of $50 for regular ground shipping (from Rhode Island to North Carolina). It essentially negated the 20% off offer that lured us to the site to begin with. Could have purchased the same product on Amazon (no discount) with free shipping and no tax for less...

Website is very slow. Continually freezes and has to reload. Need updated paying methods. Really like the sales and products!

Checkout is terrible. Could not even complete purchase from my phone. I had to use my computer to complete the transaction.

the checkout procedure was slow, small buttons, unclear about when order was complete. Make steps more defined.

Shipping costs cause me to shop elsewhere.
Response from Perform BetterDec 5, 2017
Hello Michael, Thank you for your feedback, and I can certainly look into this for you. Our goal is to provide our customers with fair and accurate shipping charges for their orders. However, it looks like the shipping charge was removed from your order. I also see that you're address is local to us here in West Warwick, so order pick up is always an option for you as well! We're open Monday - Friday, 8:30am-5:30pm. You can certainly give us a call to place your order and we can hold the items in our warehouse until you're ready to pick up. That would also eliminate any shipping charges. As always we thank you for your business! If you need any assistance, please feel free to reach out to me, as my contact info is below.
