Perform BetterReviews of performbetter.com

The weights shipped fast! Communication by PB was excellent. We are very happy with the quality. Will definitely use again!

Details of products clear and understandable Easy to find

The shipping options and charges on their website are extremely confusing, but the customer service is truly excellent, which makes up for it! I recommend just calling or chatting with them to place your order. I did a mix of both calling and using their chat feature, both of which were quick and painless.

Fast response and one of the few websites with dumbbells left, even if I had to get 9lb and 17.5lb (odd weights!)

My experience with the website and order process was excellent. I used the chat feature as well to find out the anticipated shipping time.

Came quickly, quality product

I couldn’t ask for better customer service. They all were able to help me and we conversations about the weight shortses I was able to get the 17.5 instead of 15s. I can’t say enough and they came much faster than I signed up for ! ~ Kris G
