Hello Dan! What resistance bands were your looking for? The reason I ask is that the resistance levels on both the bands and tubes have not changed in quite a while. We also switched over to a new website back in late January with all new items numbers. Were you searching for the old item number on our website? If so, that may be the issue. Hello Patricia, Thank you for your feedback. Our goal is to provide our customers with fair and accurate shipping charges for their orders. Ground shipping charges for a contiguous USA order totaling over $75.00 is calculated by 15% of your order total (Example: If the order total is $105.65, then the shipping charge is $15.85). Due to the nature of the products we sell, a lot of which are heavy and over-sized, we've found that using this method typically comes back with an accurate shipping charge. However, in some rare cases, it may not be as accurate. We're always happy and willing to work with our customers; If we're able to bring the shipping cost down, we will - just as we did for your order. I personally looked into the cost to ship your order to your location, and the cost you were quoted is accurate. However, it looks like you did receive our Summer Sale pricing on your order, so you were able to take advantage of that promotion! Also, since you are close to our facility, you always have the option on picking up any of your orders as well - which will save you on any shipping costs. With the launch, we were unable to bring over preexisting credentials. I'm not sure if you were trying to use your old login information, but with the new system requires you to create a new account.
