Why does it say at the end of a purchase that you are using products that are known to cause cancer and birth defects? Is that really necessary? I'm just looking to buy weights. Why do they have to be toxic? Given your business, I'd think you should care more about your customers health. I can't imagine why it would be necessary to use what is not approved by the health industry. This leaves me deeply concerned about your products and ethics as a company,

A simple order of 5 items (two medicine balls and three First Place Safety Toners) took over 20 minutes to complete! Why does it take so long? I've never had a problem with other companies' websites when placing an order. I was ready to give up several times during the ordering process but I really want these products. Next time (if there is one) I will call to place my order.

there's a banner at the top of the page saying "free shipping on orders of $40 or more." my shopping cart got up to $40.80, with $10 shipping. a message appeared at one point saying that the shipping cost would be deducted from my final payment on the last page, but it never was.

Agent on chat was helpful but the internet connection was extremely slow...so much so as I almost gave up. Not from my end as my computer is hard wired. Thanks so much for asking.

great products, strange shipping prices, TERRIBLE website (slow load, lags, hard to change your order quantity in basket)

The pages were slow to open and the site has the feel of a basement DIY project. My credit card information duplicated itself and it couldn't be corrected without starting the purchase experience all over again. In the era of Amazon and countless of other slick and easy purchase experience websites this screams 1990.

took me 15min to order two things. It isn't my computer or internet either, I tried ordering from multiple locations/devices.
