Great products available, but not very smooth to navigate the website. Difficult to process the payment (which may have been a credit card problem, but then PayPal didn't go through the first attempt either). I look forward to receiving my purchases!

UI isn't intuitive, i.e. needing to select color isn't clear to add an item to cart. Industry standards would improve, look at how amazon does it. Default option that's selected.

I was given a discount code that didn't work. I asked if a military discount was available (I'm retired military) and was disappointed that there isn't a discount. I did actually purchase the product and look forward to using it!

Everything was good except shipping cost! $9.95 to ship exercise bands is absurd. I hate blanket shipping cost that past the cost on to consumers buying less to give those spending more a discount.

Your shipping costs are through the roof, for things that definitely don't weight as much as the costs would suggest. Thinking I had a nice 10% off code then $95 or changes added right back on is a bit deceptive in my opinion

Shipping is more than the product!
