I have been a loyal customer for many years and like the products you carry. I will have to say ordering from your website was difficult and its time for a update.

I ordered pretty much the same products this time well over a week ago. Never received a confirmation and never received the ordered products.So I am trying again. I know the products to be worth it but the my last attempt to order at the website was not encouraging. Something is not right. Bill Boyd

Shipping is quite ridiculous

HI, Just made an order with a free shipping promotion and discovered that the shipping price is huge....Not fair...

I placed an order with Perform Better based on the email you sent. The email states: " Free shipping on orders over $50" it has on the far left of the advertisement "on select products" which I interpreted as the sale items, not the free shipping. When I went to the website, it stated, " plus free shipping orders over $50 on select products". In my opinion, this is false and deceiving advertising. I placed the order, but was disappointed with not receiving the free shipping.

I could not remember my password. You did not recognize my e mail address to receive new password. I tried to edit my billing address and it edited both my shipping and billing and vice-versa. When I put in nick names it fixed it, but that was just luck. I am a returning customer.

I was offered free shipping on select items over $50. One of the items I selected was highlighted as a "select" item qualifying for this offer. My order came to $53.80 plus $10 shipping, with a message stating that the shipping charge would be deducted at "check out." I checked out with my credit card and was still charged the $10 shipping fee.
