The quality of your equipment is excellent and I like the way you have organized your website. I wish you would add tubing for golf exercises that had a handle/grip on one end of the tube and several options for attaching it on the other end. Overall, what a great company!!

Needed a little more description to find the bands I really needed. Would be helpful to have the price on the product screen so I would know how many I wanted to order to stay in budget.

Overall good experience. The pictures on the website were particularly helpful. The ONE criticism I did have is that it was difficult to locate the PB Extreme Mini Banks. I was able to locate them since I had the product number from the catalog, but I'm not sure I would have been able to find it on the website without the product number. Keep up the good work. I like your products!

The person I spoke with was very helpful. The only thing I would have liked was to see something on my receipt that shows I paid the bill. Only because I have to show my accounting dept. that it was paid and I just received a Sales Order showing the total. They get a little fussy when they don't see "paid" :) Have a great day!

I really like the bands and the price is quite reasonable. The only reason that I didn't give 5 stars is that I thought that the shipping was pricey.

Easy to order, received promptly, easy to use.

The web site and related products are well done. However, I cringe every time I don't see Apple Pay because it's so much more time to load all my stuff and probably not perfectly secure.

Nothing to complain about. Selected my bands and purchased them. Now I’ll wait for them to arrive. I use these green mini bands 4 days a week and they last a year or more so I’ll be back in a year.
