Purchasing was easy on the site for the band I wanted. As soon as I purchase the band I received an inquiry to give a review, e en before I received the band to check the quality. Also, as I am out of town, I paid for shipping, I understand that shipping fees include postage and envelops. The shipping fee on the envelope was $.63 and I was charge $4.95 for shipping, I appreciate that companies need to pay for time and supplies, but I found this to be a bit overpriced and less consumer supportive.

Ordering online is next to impossible. The order doesn't populate a price and you cannot purchase items. It takes many attempt (i.e. time) to make a successful purchase.

Had problems completing my purchase. Shipping charges are very high, especially for a $170 purchase

Shipping for 2 light weight bands were almost the same price as the items.

It took 4 times to place my order as the site did not allow me to do so, it kept showing a 0 balance and shipping is expensive when I am used to free shipping everywhere else.

no way to tell how thick the bands are and the site glitched / was slow the entire time i used it. Shipping was decent

$42 shipping costs for bands. love the product but more than 10% of cost on shipping. especially when I am in the hundreds of dollars of product. Would think it would be much less.

The equipment I bought was easy to assemble. It was packed well. It looks sturdy and should last a long time. The only issue I had was with delivery. I received notice that it would be delivered one day and stayed home to receive it. Then, I received notice that it wouldn't be delivered until the day after.
