Website is extremely dated and annoying to use.

I was hopeful about your cyber Monday sale but was pretty disappointed that the free shipping didn’t apply to most of what I was hoping to buy. I still came up with $80 worth of items but then when I went to pay the site kept having errors. I gave up after a number of tries. This morning I decided to try again but the sale was gone. In the end I only ordered what I needed and looked else where for other stuff.

Using the free shipping promo code was not intuitive. Couldn't apply the promo code on the first page of check out. Only found it on the last page after I had altered my order many times. Website is not easy to navigate through different options of the same product.

Hi: Perform Better has two products on its website: (a) The First Place Safety Toner and (b) the First Place Safety Toner Pro, which seem to have the exact same description and are indistinguishable (to me) from the posted pictures. The only difference appears to be price. I've used this product for years and need replacement. Hopefully what I ordered is the same quality/strength as what I have (and not lower quality). Love the products I use from Perform better but the online process is not the best.

Website has been glitchy for days at checkout. Finally was able to get my order placed but was not a pleasant experience.

Shipping charges where not acurate.

Your website lists shipping costs in several separate places and it showed me a cost of $50ish, but then also said due to the nature of the order (bumper plates) the shipping would actually be $200ish, with faster options up to about $350. But then in the totals at checkout it showed the shipping cost of around $50, and then on the “Order Confirmation” page it AGAIN showed shipping cost as only $50. Lo and behold the order goes through and the email says I have now been charged over $200 for shipping… 2 stars here and not 1 star bc I WAS warned, but PLEASE fix your shipping cost calculation code to reflect accurate totals at Order Confirmation. Not hard - Engineering can knock it out in a day, it just needs prioritization. You can Perform Better, I know you can.
