My weights came very quick! Only wish you had more options as far as the neoprene dumbbell weight.

Hi Megan, Thanks for the feedback! Check back mid to end of January and we should have better availability on the Neoprene Dumbbells! Sincerely, Tia Wilkinson Customer Service Rep. Perform Better 800-556-7464 ext 161 [email protected]

Good selection of tubes even though 3 of 9 tubes were unavailable. Good graphic showing resistance of each tube. Check out was smooth, but I don't like having to leave my phone number. So many robocalls already.

Good experience. Had to order from my iPhone. Took longer to review products that I was not familiar of the dimensions they came in. Overall navigating was fine. Good prices. Free shipping!

Great product! I became familiar with it during severed Achilles Tendon rehab. Shipping is a little high.

I experienced a hiccup while entering my card but finally got through after a couple of tries. (Type of card)

Everything was really well organized and easy to find. There were a lot of different options and I found it easy to figure out what I needed/wanted. The only problem I would say that there isn't a large variety of price point options. I appreciate that Perform Better offers high quality materials, but having still good quality but potentially less expensive options for what they offer would be nice.

Everything was phenomenal! Fast shipping, nice customer service, invoice sent to email and everything! Only issue was when I received my items there were cuts in the neoprene of both of my dumbbells I received.

Hi Monica, Thank you very much for the feedback! I do apologize for the trouble with the defective dumbbells. It looks like we already have a replacement on order for you that will be shipping out shorty! Sincerely, Tia Wilkinson Customer Service Rep. Perform Better 800-556-7464 ext 161 [email protected]
