I ordered 2 things that had free shipping when I was done and about to check out I see that there was shipping added. I had to contact the company. It was resolved but only after waiting 20 min. Time is my biggest asset, I went from 5 min order to 25 min wasted.

I'm told this company's stretch bands are state of the art (which is why I just ordered a handful of them), but to charge $10.00 for the standard shipping of a bunch of extremely light rubber bands feels really steep, especially when the product itself is so affordable. If there is a purchase amount triggers a free shipping bonus, it should be stated more clearly on the website. Thank you.

The entire experience second time already has been very rough to figure out. First order weeks ago I had to call them. I will use another company next time Mostly it's way to slow.

Checkout site didn't process my checkout information; had to keep returning to the Checkout button. Contact help was closed for the weekend.

I tried very hard for a discount code but every one I tried to no avail, then it finally took one and excepted it still did not give me a discount. My first time with other companies doing this it was a good expierence.

I find the "sales" offered by Perform Better to be okay, certainly not great. Their products are generally well over-priced. But the shipping is ridiculous. I ordered a package that will be 3" x 12", and will weigh less than one pound. $18 for shipping, or 15% of my total order. That creates unhappy customers.

Charging 15% of the total order for all orders greater that $75 is extremely inflated. What I ordered was light in weight and not large in size and still I get charged an unreasonable amount instead of a normal ground shipping charge.

The site is extremely slow. As someone who works in digital marketing, this stands out as a major issue. Throughout the checkout process, I couldn't tell if the site was loading or not. Same thing clicking through the categories on the left side of the page. I found what I was looking for but the user experience could be greatly improved by speeding up the site.
