Shipping for things that will come in one box should be free. And giving a 20% off for orders over $150 then applying a 15% shipping charge for total spent is garbage

It took you a full week just to send the article. It then took a full week for it to arrive. I thought my order had been misplaced & had given up on receiving it.

I placed an order and 6 days later I have yet to receive any email response for my shipping information.

I was interested in a jump rope and found 13 on the website, but there is no information which compares one against another. Some are called speed ropes, some power ropes, some weighted ropes, but no information suggesting what the differences are. I was also interested in a super band and found the same lack of information. There are a number of different widths and thus strengths of bands but no information about which one might be suitable for a person of a certain weight for a particular type of exercise. A video is offered but I could not get it to play. In the end I had to guess at which width band would be right for me. Don't know if I made the right choice of not.

I am very disappointed for this purchase. It is not fair. In the explanation they were always saying the steps will be 12 inches and not only 4 inches. They really played games and failed to explain that the price of $ 32 was only for a single 4 inches step. Super expensive purchase ! I was expecting 2 o 3 steps for a total of 12 inches. Not fair !!! Zero star

I am ordering your balance disk only because this is what I used in the physical therapy center and I don't know about the quality of similar disks for sale for considerably less cost to me at Amazon. So I am buying this $19 disk and paying $10 for shipping plus tax. The shipping is outrageously expensive. I do this reluctantly and I sure hope that I do not need to buy anything else from Perform Better.

each page took 30 seconds to load. this is unacceptable. I tried the site the following day and it was still slow. I was forced to sign in just to get a shipping quote but there was no button anywhere to actually register an account. I found out later on my third attempt to use this website that I need to click the small text at the top of the page where it says "sign in". I was then allowed to click register. I noticed a popup with a coupon code offering a %10 discount on my order if I completed my order today, which I did, and the coupon code did not work! I feel like I was lied to just to make a sale. someone owes me $4 and an hour of my time to do something that takes 2 seconds on amazon. also, I only made an account to see the shipping price and the coupons applied. the shipping price was exactly the same as the estimated price and the coupon did not work.
