Way too many exclusions! If most items are excluded, as mine was without being listed, from the 40% off and free shipping for orders over $49 offer -- DON'T ADVERTISE A SPECIAL OFFER! It's misleading! This is my first and probably last experience with Perform Better. I'm looking for better honesty!

I was advised that there would be a discount on purchased items over $49.00. Did not receive the promised discount.

Good morning Ross, Our Holiday Sale is "Save up to 40% off plus free shipping on orders over $49". Note that items are not currently on sale however the Gray Cook Band you ordered is therefore you received the discounted price plus Free Shipping on this order. Please let us know if you have any other questions or concerns.

I like the products, but your BLACK15 promo code wouldn't work and I'm not happy about that. I tried it 5 times. ??

Hi Rita, i'm sorry to hear you were not happy with the order process. Our Black Friday promotion stated that the 15% off was for NON-HOLIDAY items only. The Jam Balls you ordered are currently on sale therefore the 15% off did not apply. Your order will be shipping today for you and should arrive in about 3 business days. Please let me know if you have any further comment or concerns. Jessica [email protected]

The total cost of the products I bought was $210. Tax and Shipping increased the total cost of the order to $275; $65 in tax and shipping is a bit ridiculous.

According to the advertisements on your web site I was to receive a discount on orders over $49.00. My order came to $49.90 and did not see the discount on the finial bill. Disappointed

I was supposed to get free shipping on all items except the weights I ordered but was charged $26 on shipping anyway.

Was told free shipping over $50 and upsized my order to fill that, but no luck at all even though I waited until the very end of the checkout as instructed to see the credit.

Free Shipping was only available on select items during our End of Summer Sale. We apologize for any confusion this may have caused.

The website said there was a 10% discount if I placed my order today. I did and put down the code and no discount ever showed up.

Unfortunately offers cannot be combined on our website as stated on the pop-up. If the items ordered were part of our End of Summer Sale, you will not receive both discounts. We're sorry for any confusion!
