We’ve recently had some great reviews on the ordering process so I'm not sure what is causing the issue. I did some digging around and found out that this is sometimes cause by browsers ( i.e. Chrome, Safari, Firefox, etc.) Any kind of browser maintenance or updates can slow down websites for a short period of time. To help with this, you may want to try clearing your browsing data. That usually does the trick.
