Was sent emails (already on the list serve), went shopping and attempted to plug in both discount and "free shipping over..." opportunities - to no avail. 10% discount did happen. not the free shipping. too much time wasted looking for discount codes and the "live chat" was offline.

I only needed 2 packs of mini bands but saw the free shipping with $59+ order so I added for bands then website gave me a pop up 10% discount to complete order so I applied it but then it canceled out the free shipping so there ended up being no benefit to ordering more product so I just ordered my 2 packs.

Not happy about a $29 shipping charge for 4 DVD's - this was the cheapest, slowest shipping method as well. Looks like shipping is also a profit center for Perform Better..........

Bottom line, this was not an easy order process. I am a new customer and it took a while to figure out how to enter the proper password. Then I entered my shipping address and when I entered my mail address for the credit card the shipping address changed to the PO Box. All you have to do is compare your order process for a new account to Amazon and you will find Amazon to be much easier. More intuitive. Thanks for asking!!!

I am sure the products are excellent. I use some now, the mini bands. I am ordering more for my daughters. But purchasing them was truly tedious. I could recommend a good programmer if you need one:)

The advertisement said the shipping was free on amounts over $49 if purchased before 12/31/15. My purchased was two items for $150 made on 12/17/15. The shipping charge was ~$23, not exactly free by my definition. There was no explanation for the charge.
