The website is a bit dated and somethings could only be found via the text-entry search. Example: yoga blocks. (Now it may have been with the yoga and stretching items but, if it is, then I missed it.) I came for the products - so the review is solely for the website and not the products. All the products I've used so far would rate a 5 star.

There wasn’t anything wrong with the website it did it’s job very well but I personally feel that a five needs to bring something special to the table. I Highly recommend perform better.

I was disappointed in the fact that the shipping cost is more than the product. However, Perform Better had recognized the issue and has done their best to adjust the shipping cost. Great Customer service! I appreciate their prompt attention to my issue.

This is the third kettlebell I've ordered from Perform Better and I ordered this brand because my gym has two different brands and the Perform Better are my favorites. The first bell I ordered was a 16kg in February 2020. The bell is still in perfect condition. At the end of March I ordered a 12kg kettlebell, but this bell was manufacturered differently due to COVID and the quality is not as good (there is already a loose piece and a little rust on the handle). The bell still works and considering all the challenges of COVID, I never complained to the company. I just ordered my third bell, a 14kg from them. I did look around at other companies this time, but only a couple had 14kg in stock and Perform Better had the best price. Ordering was easy as usual. I hope the quality is back to the original pre-covid, but even if the bell has the quality of the second bell, I like these bells better than other bands my gym carries. I gave them a 4 stars because the quality was down a bit on the second bell and because when the COVID delays started, it took them a few weeks to email me about the delay.

Generally good experience. Initially, tried to check out as a guest, and that did not work. The page froze.

Bought a bunch of stuff from PB over the years, always quality merchandise.

I liked the selection of things, but I thought that it was a bit too over priced. I was disappointed with the shipping options as well. I thought that $55 for shipping was excessive for the price you pay for the items.

It's not really your fault so many fitness items are back ordered, but it does add a bit of frustration when ordering from your site.
