The webpage is slow and not user-friendly

WEb pages react too slowly. After placing my order, I did not get a confirmation page. The Place Order page continues to show moving dots in a circle. I had to go to my credit card website to see that the charge went through. Please look into this.

I wanted to exchange the mini bands I ordered but found out the price to send them back is about half of what I paid for them. I decided to just keep them even though it's not exactly what I want, sending them back will cost me MORE money. Last time I buy from PB if I'm not exactly sure about the product.

My order arrived fine and as pictured but the products have an extreme smell to them. It smells like fresh paint and it's so strong that it makes an area of the room smell. After taking my orders out of the packing I was exposed, yes exposed, to the smell for maybe 10 minutes before having an asthma episode and extreme chest pains. Once I put my orders back in the box I no longer had the breathing issues. I know there's a prop 65 warning alerted to you before purchasing anything from the website but I didn't think it would work so soon. The products themselves work so there's no problem there I just don't think potentially dying over them is worth it.

Your site clearly states FREE shipping if you spend a certain amount. I spent 4X the amount and it still charged me shipping.

Not sure why I haven't received a receipt email for my purchase?

Site seems very informational and accurate, but was a little slow to load as compared with expectations, and the pay with PayPal button was hard to find.

It took me several searches to find your product, not on Amazon, once I did, you wen site was fine, but wanted to chat, your East Coast time zone, was off for the evening even though it was 3:00pm Pacific time, you offered free shipping for orders $49 or above, bit mine was $47, so that frustrated me. So overall, not happy with accessibility, but love and use your product.
