Hi Jen- I do apologize for the inconvenience. As far as the shipping, we are located in Rhode Islands so we are the farthest point from you. Unfortunately, the shipping companies charge us by distance traveled and weight. Although this doesn't weight that much, the distance is what effects the charge. Also, we have been working on speeding up our website. Hopefully that will be resolved soon. Hi Steve, Thank you for your feedback, and I can certainly look into this for you. Our goal is to provide our customers with fair and accurate shipping charges for their orders. Based on the ship to location and the weight of the package, the $9.95 shipping cost you were assessed is accurate. However, I will also follow up with you through email regarding this in more detail regarding this. Also, my contact info is listed below, if you would like to reach out to me directly. As always, we truly appreciate your business! Thank you, Marissa Tridenti M-F Athletic | Perform Better Customer Service Rep. 1-800-556-7464 ext. 120 [email protected]
