Difficult to find Body Blade. Thought it would be in your Balance & Stability section

Product came quickly and good followup by Perform Better. Dumbbells look very well made, time will tell.

The customer service was awesome! I thought the shipping expenses were a little high ($9 for two simple bands? Could have put them in a regular envelope and put a Forever Stamp on them to send them to me), but the Customer Service rep reduced the price (not quite to a Forever Stamp, but still, very appreciated!) Got the package very quickly. One thought... on the shipping page it said that I could go to the facility in Rhode Island but it didn't say where the facility was, which was why I called customer service in the first place. Maybe put the address there so people can look it up to see how convenient it would be to go in person?

Load time on site was slow

I thought your price was good and I liked that I could get free shipping. The problem I had with the site was the use of Paypal. It was on the screen and then it disappeared. I had to toggle back and forth to find the Paypal button again to use it. I'm looking forward to receiving The Blade. Thank you.

Chat offer would not go away, and repeatedly got in the way of filling out requested information. Very annoying.
