Hi Jean-Francois, Thank you for you order! The 5lb Neoprene Dumbbells have an $8 handling charge but there was a glitch which caused you to be charged just a $4 handling fee. Since the order subtotal was not above $49.00, the order did not qualify for the UPS free ground shipping offer which is a flat rate of $9.95 based on your order total.
