I think your products are great! The only thing I didn't like was the cost of shipping for just 2 individual small bands. Shipped along with the bands was your catalog. I felt like I paid for you to ship the weight of the catalog more than for the bands.

Need to have a better way to select options on mobile interface.

My only reason for 4 instead of 5 stars is that I had trouble finding the mat I wanted, due to not knowing what name to use.

I have ordered from Perform Better multiple times and have never been disappointed. I recently ordered some dumbbells from Amazon and it took months for them to arrive and they are bulky, hard to handle and too heavy. When I weighed them, I discovered that they weigh more than they should. Each 15 pound weight was 15.5 or more!! I trust Perform Better products and will only order from them going forward.

Everything works fine. The only hiccup was an Acknowledge checkbox on the final checkout page. Without this being selected, "Place Order" button remained disabled. So, It was not that obvious that I had to select that checkbox. The rest was fine. Thank you.
