Hello Aaron! I appreciate the feedback. We are still in the process of streamlining our website shipping calculations. Currently the shipping is based on a percentage of the subtotal. This usually benefits the customer, but in your case it did not. I do apologize and will be sending you a follow up email to discuss further. Hello Laurent- We appreciate the business and I do apologize on the high shipping costs. Currently online, we are only able to incorporate UPS rates for our shipping methods. The rates are higher than USPS because all the packages are insured. With that being said, we are still working towards getting USPS integrated on the website since they are the cheapest method of travel. I will also send you an email so we can discuss this further.
