The person who helped me figure out what level resistance band I needed was very quick, responsive, and helpful. I couldn't find the bands I was looking for but told her how to look up my past orders. She did that and let me know what levels I already had and pointed me to a band I had not seen; a bit more pricey than what I would have bought if it were in stock, but only a couple dollars more.

Perform Better company was very expedient with my order. I didn't expect to receive it as quickly as I did especially since I live on the west coast and the other side of the country from them.
