Hi George, Thank you for contacting us. I do understand your frustration and I'd like to apologize. We did send you an email notification on 10/4 explaining that the item was on backorder until 10/20. Our shipment ran into an unexpected delay and is now expected to arrive here on Friday 10/23. I will personally monitor your order and be sure to update you should anything change. Regarding payment for the order, we do not charge for items until they've shipped out. You may have seen a pre-authorization when your order was placed which is just the banks communicating to verify funds are available. We do not actually withdraw any funds until the order ships.
