Site could be better about product details and pictures. At least for the Superbands. It can be hard to know what you’re actually getting.

Shipping for bands alone is really outrageous.

the shipping is outrageous. cheapest option was $25 for some bands...too much

The email signup for 10% discount doesn't work on iPad mobile device. I had to use my Windows 10 PC. Shipping cost more than the item I purchased!

Pro: Quick delivery. Low priced product. Great quality as always. Con: VERY high delivery charge. I had to select from a list of options with very little difference between them, and the least expensive delivery was higher than the product cost. I reduced the number of products I initially intended to purchase because the delivery charge would have been even greater - there was no economy of scale for ordering more merchandise. Interestingly, the huge delivery charge did not show up on my final balance when I was purchasing the product; a smaller one was used so I hoped I wouldn't be charged. But then I received another invoice by email from an associate at Perform Better which included the full delivery cost. I was ultimately able to buy the additional merchandise I also intended to buy from PB from Amazon for 1/2 the cost inclusive of shipping. Interestingly, PB's dumbbell pricing was such that the cost of a pair of dumbbells was cheaper than buying just one. But the delivery charges are greater for buying a pair obviously

even though there was a Paypal logo at the bottom of the page when I went to check out I was only offered a credit card payment. the paypal link was no where to be found

Difficulty of tracking order due to “internal error” notification multiple times
