Frustrating that you advertise free shipping, however this seems to be only for the items that you are making the most money on.

your checkout page doesn't work properly. I chose paypal for payment , when I pressed the confirm order, it brought me back the payment page 4 times.

I ordered a product 4 days ago and have not yet received a shipping confirmation. I also can't check the status of the order since I checked out as a guest. Plus, I'm not sure why I'm being charged tax since they're located in RI. Not to mention the $10 shipping.

Why when I attempt to register for the 3-Day Summit do I get charged a $20.00 shipping fee? I had to choose UPS Ground shipping as an option, which was free. Why is this even here when registering for an out of state seminar? It makes no sense. The website is incredibly slow.

online ordering is a bear! took forever and only after trying out the 3rd internet browser did it work. Had to put in my order 3 separate times as it was stalled two other times for no reason at all. You guys have to upgrade your POS website. It's aweful!
