Unclear shipping discount (or lack thereof)

The site is very dated. Mobile site also doesn’t work well vertically. Have to turn phone horizontally to get into cart. Phone when vertical the phone number is sitting on top of the cart link. Even with the complaints it does get the job done. It’s just not necessarily a pleasant experience.

You should display the PayPal logo. Only later did I find out PayPal was a choice under your drop-down box hidden by the term credit card. I would’ve preferred to pay with PayPal. But I already started entering the credit card. Also, the shipping is just too much $10 to send a rubber band to Massachusetts. But whatever.

Great products but could use more product explanations.

Website is very slow.

I use Firefox as my browser. When checking out, creating an account didn't work - the browser just hung. I downloaded Chrome and installed in on my machine (temporarily - Chrome is less secure than I like) and it seemed to work better with your site. This isn't 1998 anymore - all websites should work perfectly with Chrome, Firefox, Edge and Safari (at a minimum).

I am happy with the prices and the selection, however I believe that the chat function either doesn't work or its not good, as I never even got a response and I waited for over 15 minutes.

I was interrupted in placing order as a Guest. I had gotten to the point of putting in my personal information after selecting the item. When I got back to this task and filled in the credit card information and hit the COMPLETE button I was taken back to the Login Screen, the starting point. I had no idea if my order was completed or not. No nice user message that my order session had timed out. After trying to get a chat responded to - which turned out to offline after I started the chat, I figured I should just try it all again - without any delays on my end. I did this and the order was processed. Since I did not get any PROCESSING screen changes on my first attempt I am pretty sure my first order did not go through. It would have been a better online shopping experience if I had gotten a order time out message.
