I had a concern about the charge for 3 day UPS shipping which showed as $50 dollars when I selected it, but in the total column at checkout the price was $80. So the two didn't match. But customer service replied and explained.

Hi Katherine, I apologize if there was any confusion regarding the shipping cost for your order. UPS 3 Day shipping is calculated based on 25% of the order subtotal which was $50.10. However, the dumbbells you selected each had an added surcharge which brought the shipping to the $81.10. The surcharges are noted on the product page when you select the specific weight. Again, I apologize for the confusion! Also, please note that since we ship out of Rhode Island, 3 Day shipping was not necessary, therefore your order shipping method and cost was adjusted to ground service!
