I ordered some bands on a Friday unsure whether they'd be here in time for a training class on Tuesday, and they arrived THE VERY NEXT DAY! It was unreal how swift they were. Even faster than Amazon. And these are the first bands I've ever used so I don't have a basis for comparison, but I can attest that I my muscles are very sore after using them in just two workouts. My exercise mat is perfect. I purchased the 48inch one as I already have a large exercise mat and yoga mat. It is perfect for my boot camp classes as my club no longer provides mats because of COVID. I can use it if needed or move it out of the way quickly. It is nicely padded which makes ab work and core work much more comfortable. I highly recommend it.
