Perform BetterReviews of performbetter.com

website was not easy to use— it paused a few times. products are great so it was worth the trouble please consider better shipping rates. thank you.

The rower is excellent. It is a solid piece of work, well-designed and crafted, and as satisfying a rowing experience as I have had off of the water. The assembly instructions were clear and complete, the interaction with the company helpful and prompt. There really is nothing to complain about regarding the rower, but I do have a suggestion about the computer console. As the instructions state, the console is important because it can provide motivation and interest to the workout. But this console, which I assume is a late add-on to the rower, does not match that description. While it provides data on what I have done, there is little that provides motivation other than that data. There is no variety offered; while there is a game program, it doesn't really work as best I can tell. The incentives to varying the stroke speed fail because they are out of reach. I cannot increase the speed quickly enough to grab the incentive (hitting two-dot blocks) at whatever the level of resistance set. And there seems to be no way to alter setting or change the game. My suggestion is that this computer console could easily be upgraded or developed further to enhance its usefulness.

I purchased 4 First Place Superbands during Perform Better's Holiday sale. I have previously bought these bands in the past and I use them as part of my workouts. These bands are a quality product, although a bit pricey, which is why I try and wait for a sale. I use the bands primarily for shoulder prehab/rehab. I highly recommend these bands.

Love the band. I even recommended to my uncle.

These are great comp. style kettlebells you make, I like them for beefy look and the handle not high. However the packaging is not too good, it must be secure. Shippers are tossing such items around that are heavier than normal and carton rubs off, looks poor, please work on it.

I always order my fitness products from Perform Better. I even advised my clients to order products through them. The website can sometimes be difficult to use. Always has a spinning prompt that is confusing. Not sure if you've completed the transaction or ordered a certain product.

Thank you 😊 great customer service and wonderful staff

PB has all the right items for your gym. I notice several items are OOS and I will have to wait. Perhaps the most popular products should be produced at a higher percentage. Thanks.
